What you may do

You may customize, download, and print our templates for personal, household, and classroom use. Teachers may give printed copies to students for classroom activities. You do not need an account.

What you may not do

Do not resell the templates, redistribute the original files or layouts, include them in a template collection, or claim the original designs as your own. Please share a link to the template page so others can make their own copy.

Your content

You are responsible for the text you enter and for having permission to use it. Your content remains yours. We do not receive a copy of the files you generate.

Practical limits

Templates are general planning aids. They do not replace professional advice, official travel requirements, safety guidance, or a calendar of verified holidays. Check important dates and requirements yourself.

The service is provided as available. We aim to make it useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every printer, or a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Fonts and resources

The Lato font is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Read the font license. Template layouts and site illustrations are original to Easy Printables.
